How to strengthen the social component in the law and order sector

This is the title of a new Nuffic Niche project in Uganda.

ISS won the tender on this project with Nicholas Awortwi as academic manager and Veronika Goussatchenko as project manager.

The project will start 1 September 2010 with a duration of four years.

The objective is to maintain and enhance social development components into Justice Law and Order Sector (JLOS) in Uganda through strengthening of the institutional capacity of NTISD to undertake appropriate training, research and outreach programmes.
