2005

Post-Graduate Diploma Program (6.5 weeks) “Policy Analysis Skills for Transition Economies” (PASTE), for researchers and policy analysts from universities, think-tanks, government agencies and civil society organisations, at ISS The Hague (2002-2005). The PASTE course has been organised with the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MATRA Programme).
