PGD In Rural Policy and Project Planning (RPP), 1989-1990.

Time at ISS

I enjoyed it very much! ISS was ‘a small world’ where every corner of the globe was represented. For example in my class of 25, we came from 16 countries of the world! Our hosts, the Dutch, were very warm and welcoming. I enjoyed my many travels to the many historical sites and museums strewn all over the Netherlands.

Favourite lecturer(s)

Mr Sipke de Boer and the late Dr. Luu Nguyen. The two were simple and practical in their method of teaching. The Programme Secretary, Hanneke was great - she served all of us with a smile.

Most memorable moment

Completing my Research Paper on 1st March, 1990, the day my daughter was born. I dedicated the paper to her.

Contact with former classmates

I have contacts with several classmates but lost it for some others.
