Welcome to sEURch.
sEURch is a revolutionary new search engine that combines the ease of Google search with the content of scholarly publications. This new search engine is the search engine of choice of the Erasmus University Libraries: the University Library (UL), the Medical Library (MC), and ISS.
sEURch offers you fast search and discovery through an index covering 500 million documents - including 80% of the entire range of subscribed content at the combined EUR University Libraries: UL, MC and ISS.
The integrated search technology, on which sEURch is based, allows you to retrieve results simultaneously from multiple databases and the EUR and ISS Library Catalogues.
Search results include print and electronic books and journals, single articles, citations from bibliographic databases, videos, publications included in RePub, newspaper articles, etc.
From your search results, you’ll be given quick links taking you to the full text of articles etc. (sometimes an abstract that tells you about the article) or you can see if the Library has the book you want – in print or it may take you to an electronic book.
You can search using a Google like single search box or via the advanced search filter. But the many and various options to refine a search make sEURch so special.
