Merging multiple PDFs into one:
Just Google "merge pdf online" and you will get many hits for online solutions where you can upload multiple PDF and get one merged PDF in return. One of these websites is http://www.mergepdf.net. But, many of these websites have a hidden or even obvious commercial goal and are not always to be trusted. Therefore before using it's services, read the conditions and terms first and make sure you test and check your document afterwards.
