1. You already have a printing PIN code or you have received a temporary PIN code by email in your mailbox. Write the number down and go to the nearest printer.

2. Type your PIN code in the ‘Equitrac’ control device [right of printer] to identify yourself. Press ENTER

3. The device will now respond with options that you can choose:

Print | Copy | More

Choose More, by pressing the button below ‘more’.

4. The device will now respond with options that you can choose:

Pins | End | Back

Choose Pins, by pressing the button below ‘Pins’.

5. The device will now respond with options that you can choose:

Pin1 | End | Back

Choose Pin1, by pressing the button below ‘Pin1’.

6. The device responds with

Swipe your card

Hold your service card against the right side of the device

7. The device responds with

Confirm PIN entry

Again, hold your service card against the right side of the device.

8. The device responds with

PIN Update complete

And shows its menu

Pins | End | Back

Choose End, by pressing the button below ‘End’.

9. From now on you can identify yourself with your Service Card to get your prints.
