1. You already have a printing PIN code or you have received a temporary PIN code by email in your mailbox. Write the number down and go to the nearest printer.

2. Go to the printer and swipe your new card over the card reader attached to the printer.

3. Printer will respond saying the card is not recognized.

4. Type in your PIN code in the login field.

5. That's it, your card is activated and you can now use printers by swiping your card.

Changing your PIN code

1. After you activated the services card, you can still use your manual PIN code for accessing the printers. For example, in case you forgot your card at home.
