Opening hours
Library opening hours in no way reflect the needs of students who are often working well past midnight and all day on weekends. At a minimum the library should be open from 08:00 - 23:00 daily (including on weekends!!!).
Comment:
We understand this request and our highest priority in the coming years will be to have as many library opening hours as possible. However, there will always be financial constraints that limit the possibilities.

Signs
Please put up some signs informing people where ILIAD can be found. It would be helpful to clearly identify each of the three help desks and what they are for.
Comment:
We will refrain from putting up signs: you can address any question to any person, regardless of their position at the Iliad desk: there is no division up front. Depending on the nature of your question and the available staff we will deal with your request. Putting up signs will restrict access rather than opening it up.
