David Takawira (GOV Diploma 2011) wins 2nd prize in HLF-4 Aid Effectiveness Essay Contest
HLF-4 is a collaboration between the OECD, the Government of the Republic of Korea and UNDP. Of the 9 prizewinners, 4 will be invited to attend the HLF-4 Youth Forum as panelists.
