OECD-LSE seminar on the margins of the Development Assistance Committee High Level Meeting

Andrew Fischer is the opening speaker at an OECD-LSE seminar on the margins of the Development Assistance Committee High Level Meeting which took place in London on 4 and 5 December 2012.

Fischer's presentation was entitled 'The Changing Grounds of Aid Effectiveness: implications of OECD aid as a financial flow amidst global imbalances'


Andrew Fischer is Senior Lecturer in Population and Social Policy at ISS. His research revolves around marginalized and/or disadvantaged peoples, including issues of poverty, inequality, social exclusion, disadvantage, discrimination, and social conflict, and how these are affected by various patterns of economic growth, modes of social policy provisioning, and aid.
