Memorandum of Understanding between University of Eduardo Mondlane (Mozambique) and ISS

A delegation led by the  Rector of Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM), Professor Orlando António Quilambo, visited the ISS on Wednesday 30 January 2013.

For the last eight years the ISS-EUR and UEM have cooperated intensively with the implementation of a project funded by Nuffic on 'Good Governance and Public Administration in Mozambique'.

As both institutions want to continue the good collaboration, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed by ISS Rector Professor Leo de Haan and the Rector of UEM, Professor Quilambo. with the view of promoting cooperation in academic education and research.

Avenues for collaboration can include research on climate change and development of joint teaching programmes.
