From Conflict to Peace, Movements for Dialogue and Reconciliation

This yearly conference is organized by the Interntional Student Chaplaincy (www.iscnetherlands.nl) and Islam & Dialogue (www.islamendialoog.nl) and hosted by the ISS.

International students and their friends from all over the Netherlands are invited to a one day conference about a more than relevant theme. We hope that the participants will meet each other in an open spirit of respect and curiosity to benefit from intercultural and inter-religious encounters. We will explore ways of creating peace through dialogue and reconciliation, and look into the role of religion not so much as part of conflicts but as inspiration for solutions.

The programme includes an inter-religious opening, keynote speech, panel, discussion, lunch, two rounds of workshops, final message.
