Description
Child Sensitive Social Protection - Latest International Developments

On behalf of the Dutch Children Affected By AIDS Working Group (1), UNICEF Netherlands and STOP AIDS NOW! warmly invite you to a lunch meeting with Rachel Yates (Senior Advisor Children and HIV/AIDS at UNICEF) on Child Sensitive Social Protection

Internationally, there is a lot of discussion about Social Protection, the Social Protection Floor, and more specifically Child Sensitive Social Protection, a field in which we have seen many developments in recent years. In the post-MDG debate Social Protection is seen as key to poverty reduction and as important in contributing to economic development. The Dutch CABA Working Group feels the need to share the latest developments in this field with other professionals in the Netherlands

During this lunch meeting we aim to deepen our understanding of the latest international developments in the field of Child Sensitive Social Protection. Having Rachel Yates with us is a great opportunity to do so. She will start the meeting by giving a presentation after which there is time for discussion and sharing of experiences of Dutch contributions to (Child Sensitive) Social Protection.

Please confirm your participation beforehand to Lotte Ghielen: lghielen@remove-this.stopaidsnow.nl
