Deadline for submission of the full paper: May 31st, 2013

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

To register for the conference please first pay the registration fee by clicking on the relevant fee category below. You will be issued with an order ID # when you make the payment. Once payment has been made, please proceed to the Registration link Below and complete the registration form.

Early bird fees (registration and payment before May 1st, 2013):

Students and unwaged (members)*: 50 euros
Students and unwaged (non-members): 70 euros
Full fee (members): 190 euros
Full fee (non-members): 230 euros


After the early bird date (registration and payment after May 1st, 2013):

Students and unwaged (members)*: 90 euros
Students and unwaged (non-members): 110 euros
Full fee (members): 240 euros
Full fee (non-members): 280 euros

In addition to attendance to all sessions, the fee covers a sandwich lunch on each of the three days, the drinks reception in the 9th July 2013, and the conference dinner on the 10th July 2013.

*To obtain the discounted fee, participants must pay the annual iippe membership fee of 30 euros (or 15 euros for students and unwaged) via the IIPPE website www.iippe.org or in cash at the conference.

ACCOMMODATION

The Hague is a small city with many hotels and accommodation options. You will find a selection of hotels close to ISS with which we have made arrangements for special conference rates in the table below. Information on how to obtain the special rates will be sent with conference acceptance letters. You are encouraged to book directly with the hotel as early as possible to ensure availability.
