Break-out session 4: Public and Universal Coverage

The developments in the health financing systems in Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam form the background to this session in which the Universal Coverage scheme of Thailand will be used to examine whether top-down or bottom up strategies work best, and to ask which supply-side incentives may be required.
