Institutional agreements
Institutional arrangements, usually concluded at the level of institutes, and meant to create a working environment for joint research, education, projects, events, networking, or other activities. The arrangements may be referred to as either ‘Memorandum of Understanding’, ‘Letter of Intent’, ‘Aide Mémoir’ or ‘Agreement’.
