ICAS is run by a Secretariat and an International Advisory Committee.

The Secretariat and coordinator of ICAS is Saturnino M. Borras Jr., Associate Professor of Rural Development Studies at ISS.

ICAS also has an International Advisory Committee, the members of which are academics, activists and development policy practitioners with expertiese in rural politics and development.
