ICAS Short term visiting scholar/activist project
In an ideal funding situation, ICAS will also allocate a block fund per year to provide funding support to visiting scholars or activists, both northern and southern scholars.
The terms for this visiting scholar project will be flexible, but in general, it is for short-term visits that could contribute to a scholars’ ability to complete an academic work (an article or a book).
A visiting scholar is expected to give a seminar, interact with students and faculty, or contribute to the ICAS working paper series.
