Carlos Oya

Carlos Oya is Senior Lecturer in Political Economy of Development, Development Studies Department, School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. He has done primary research mostly in Mozambique, Senegal and Mauritania, focusing on agrarian change, accumulation, rural labour and poverty.
