Jochen Dürr is an Agricultural Economist (Master at University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim, Germany in 1997), Specialization at the Seminar for Rural Development, Humboldt University Berlin, 1998. Associate Researcher at the Federal University of Pará, Belém, Brasil 2000-2005. Since 2006 researcher for the German Development Cooperation at the Institute of Agricultural and Rural Studies (IDEAR), Guatemala.
