To aid you in exploring research the Library offers access to a wide array of databases and other resources. However, the amount of databases can be overwhelming and actually finding the literature that you need can be tricky. Join the Library workshop on the Use of Databases for Social Sciences on 15 April, 15:30-17:00 hrs CEST to get a better overview of what is out there, which databases suit your needs, and learn more about search terms.

In the workshop, aimed at PhD candidates but open for other researchers as well, we will:

  • learn how search terms can impact your search results
  • go over a selection of the databases and their characteristics
  • share practical tips on using certain databases
