A lot of publishers are making content available for free to help students and researchers during the current restrictions that many institutions face. Every week the ISS Library highlights one of these collections or titles keeping current events in mind. This week's highlight is Numerique Premium eBooks.
In order to compensate for the closure of many institutions' libraries to end users of physical documentation resources, Numerique Premium is happy to offer free access to its eBook catalog for one month. This offer ends on 15 July. Access is possible by following this EZ proxy link and entering your ERNA details.
Numérique Premium, founded by Nouveau Monde Editions, gathers in thematic collections the production of 50 publishers and societies in the French-speaking world. Looking outside of the English-language literature can help diversify research and curriculums. Of particular interest to ISS researchers could be the Geopolitics collection, the Intelligence and Security Studies collection, or the European and International Law collection.
Because most COVID-related free offers are nearing their end, this is the last weekly highlight for now.
