The International Forum on Intercountry Adoption & Global Surrogacy brought together scholars and practitioners working in the field of international adoption and surrogacy to provide an evidence base for international adoption and surrogacy problems and/or best practices to inform policymakers from The Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption.
