Drawing on their own research and publications, the speakers will reflect on different approaches to producing and sharing knowledge and on the perspectives that inform their scholarship.

- Dr Ahmed El Assal, Visiting fellow at ISS

This Dies Natalis will provide a starting point for a broader conversation about contemporary research in Development Studies and the different ways in which knowledge is created, challenged and communicated.
The session will be moderated by ISS PhD candidate Jonathan Moniz, who will guide the conversation between the speakers and invite them to reflect on the connections between their publications, research experiences and the wider theme of knowledge production.
