The International Institute of Social Studies is sad to share the passing of former ISS Dean of Studies Sipko de Boer at the age of 91.
Sipko de Boer was Dean of Studies at ISS from 1996-1999. Former rector, Hans Opschoor, described him as a wonderful and enthusiastic colleague and a warm and friendly person.
