Thu Phuong (Phuong) Phan is a PhD researcher at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Her academic interests lie broadly in political ecology and the impacts of foreign investment and innovation in the Global South. Her research focuses on Southeast Asia and China.
