Political Economy of Crisis, Complexity and Causality

This initiative aims to highlight the role of a political economy analysis of thematic and empirical research.

More specifically, it focuses on the need to locate research within the debates on social ontology or the social world. By doing so it aims to ensure higher levels of scholarly, intellectual and rigorous research.

Two activities are associated with this initiative: Crisis, Continuity and Change (3C) and the Realist Complexity between Causal and Complex Systems conference.

Crisis, continuity and change
