A celebratory issue on the occasion of ISS' 70 anniversary, we ask what is the future of development studies. Three articles on this theme look at how the field of development studies can and must change in order to remain relevant in the coming years and decades:

The issue also includes a discussion between Dr Sylvia Bergh and recent MA in Development Studies graduate, Shellan Saling on the effects of heatwaves in the EU and a look back at 10 years of the KidsRights Index the author of the latest KidsRights Index report, Professor Karin Arts.
