Mindi Schneider gives lecture at the Fairbank Center of Harvard University to speak about her research on food and agriculture in China.
The event consisted of a two day conference with academics from many acclaimed universities discussing new research.
Mindi Schneider spoke at the workshop on 'Chinese Food: Culture, Economy, and Ecology' at the Fairbank Center of Harvard University. Her speech was titled 'Food and Power: A Food Regime Analysis of Contemporary China'.
Her invited paper addressed the political economy of food and agriculture in China's post-1978 reform era.
