International Institute of Social Studies alumna Sujatha Cooray was recently appointed Chairperson of the Sri Lankan People's Bank.
Sujatha Cooray graduated from ISS with an MA in Development Studies, specializing in Economic Policy and Planning in 1985. She has worked in finance throughout her career, as Secretary to the Ministry of Ports & Highways, Deputy Secretary to the Treasury and Director General of Department of External Resources.
