ISS alumna from Colombia, Diana Silva Diaz's ISS Research Paper was selected and presented for the UN's Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean. The title of her Research Paper is 'Understanding collaborative governance in practice: the case of the capital cities agreement for implementing Victim’s and Land Restitution Law Colombia'.
