Associate Professor Lorenzo Pellegrini has been selected as Visiting Professor at the Department of Cultures, Politics and Society of the University of Turin (October/November 2019).
During his stay in Turin, Lorenzo will present his research on the local impacts engendered by extractive industries, explore partnerships and teach economics and sociology of local development in the MA programme.
The University of Turin, Campus Einaudi is a leading leading research and teaching centre whose building, designed by Norman Foster + partners, has been included in the list of 10 world's most spectacular university buildings.
This is Lorenzo's second visiting professorship in Turin.
