We are very sad to learn that former ISS staff member Guillermo Lathrop has passed away.
He was Lecturer at ISS from 1976 until 2005. Guillermo was now a staff member at the Latin American School of Social Sciences (FLACSO), where he worked on issues related to local economic development.
Lathrop collaborated with the MECLEP Project in 2015 and 2016. In addition, he served as a conference speaker on regional development at ISS.
