ISS student association

Every participant in a degree and certificate programme at the International Institute of Social Studies is a member of ISS student association Scholas. 

Aims of Scholas

a. To represent its members on all decision-making bodies.
b. To exercise its power to solve problems with regards to academic and welfare matters of it members.
c. To encourage the development and maintenance of bonds of international friendship and understanding among its members.
d. To stimulate intercultural, social, cultural and sports activities among it members.
e. To promote lasting contacts and cooperation with persons and institutions in the Netherlands and wherever else is considered appropriate by its members.

Scholas Committees

Scholas is more that just the Executive. It also has several committees which organize academic, social and sporting events for ISS students.
