REISS Scholarship

The  Lutfia Rabbani Foundation,   Erasmus Trustfonds, and the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) have joined forces to support students from the Arab world who have been admitted to the Master of Arts in Development Studies at the ISS, part of Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Application and eligibility criteria:

To be considered for this scholarship opportunity:

1. First, check that you meet the REISS Scholarship eligibility criteria set by the Lutfia Rabbani Foundation.
2. If you are eligible, apply to the ISS and make sure you also meet the ISS admission requirements for the MA in Development Studies.
3. You must receive an unconditional offer of admission from ISS.
4. Once you have your ISS admission letter, apply for the REISS Scholarship via the Lutfia Rabbani Foundation MSR portal.

All applications must be submitted to the Lutfia Rabbani Foundation by 31 March 2026. We strongly recommend applying to ISS and securing an unconditional admission to our MA in Development Studies before this deadline. The 2026 REISS Scholarship recipient will be announced in Spring 2026.
