Part of the 19th Development Dialogue
19th Development Dialogue logo

Part of the 19th Development Dialogue conference, this workshop will employ employ systemic constellations — a group exercise that engages participants in exploring their collective subconscious.

Through this method, participants will investigate possible themes such as power imbalances, coloniality, discrimination, gender dynamics and their influence at ISS.

In keeping with the conference's overarching theme, this workshop is designed to defy conventional cognitive inquiry techniques, opting instead for an embodied approach to unravel hidden patterns and heal past traumas to ultimately help reshape our vision of the future.

This workshop is facilitated by Zulfikar Malik, who is a professional coach and facilitator specialising in organisational and team dynamics.
