How did the study contribute to your career?
Development field has been my passion since I was at college. I tried to find ways to be able to work in that area and discovered that ISS is a right place that will take me to my destination. It inspired me to think, respond, and act in development, and equipped me to advance the career that I dreamt. I have network all over the world too, connected by ISS.
What was your overall experience at ISS?
It was great experience. One of the most memorable times in life. Meeting people from 58 countries with different personalities and backgrounds is life learning. ISS is a place to learn about development in theory and in practice and share development stories from many other parts of the world. We had good quality of life and lived at very nice student apartment. The Hague, where ISS is located, is a beautiful place; it gives you opportunity to explore the Netherlands and Europe. I always love to go back to ISS and The Hague. I came back in 2006 for a 3-weeks course and in 2015 for sharing experience in an alumnus talk. Lovely!
