Are the opportunities for people to access justice dwindling?

Will a Legal Mobilization Centre make a positive impact?

Just two of the questions examined by Dr Jeff Handmaker during the SDG Action Day on 25 September 2021.

The SDG Action Day was organized by The Hague Humanity Hub as a fun and informal space for students and young professionals to actively engage in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The event attracted around 40 participants leading to a vibrant and engaging exchange between audience and organizations.

Dr Jeff Handmaker, Associate Professor at the International Institute of Social Studies gave a presentation on the dwindling opportunities for people to access justice and on the plans to establish a Legal Mobilization Centre.
