About the Urban Uncovered podcast

As Urban October comes to a close, and in commemoration of World Cities Day, Leiden-Delft-Erasmus (LDE) launches the Urban Uncovered podcast series.

Urban Uncovered is part of the LDE/ International Centre for Frugal Innovation (ICFI) urban series brings together academics, practitioners and activists with diverse backgrounds into conversation to unpack universal urban challenges and opportunities.

The series focuses on Sub-Saharan Africa, one of the fastest urbanizing regions and one whose urban narratives are often misunderstood and misrepresented. Urban Uncovered is moderated by Ms. Mandipa Ndlovu (African Studies Centre Leiden).

In line with the universal and timeless nature of urban concerns, the series will run from the end of October until July 2024. Stay tuned!"
