Limited guests

We want to ensure your family and friends can see you shine. However, due to the size of our Aula and considerations for the health and safety of our guests, we will have a limited number of guests allowed per graduate.

Guests will be checked in at the front of the Aula before the ceremony. Should there be an overflow of guests, we will lead guests to our additional screening of the ceremony in the ISS Atrium, located on the 1st floor. Don't hesitate to contact the Teaching and Learning Support Team (TLST) for questions or concerns regarding your guests.

Photos

You’ll have two moments to be professionally photographed. First, our photographer will take your photo when you receive your degree during our ceremony. Then, after the ceremony, our photographer will also take group photos of students from the same country—a classic ISS tradition—in the Atrium. This photoshoot will take place directly after the ceremony in room 1.31. And get ready to break out your camera. We'll have a makeshift photo booth with gowns to wear in photographs with you, your friends, and your family during our reception.

Parking

At ISS: There is paid parking only in the vicinity of ISS, but be aware that spaces are limited. We recommend arriving early in advance to secure a space.

Nearby car park: We also suggest looking for car parks near the vicinity of ISS. We recommend the Hilton Hotel, which is across from ISS. For information regarding pricing and availability, visit the Hilton’s website.
