We are very proud that ISS alumna Mira Rizek is elected as the world YWCA President for 2019 - 2023. YMCA is the Young Women's Christian Association, a movement working for the empowerment, leadership and rights of women, young women and girls in more than 120 countries.

Currently Mira Rizek works as the General Secretary of YWCA of Palestine. She completed her MA studies at ISS in 2002.
