Hosted by the Wits School of Law in South Africa, this information session will share details of ongoing collaborations and opportunities between the International Institute of Social Studies in The Hague and the University of the Witswatersrand in Johannesburg.
Professor Karin Arts, Dr Jeff Handmaker and Rana Kuseyri will share details about the research programme, postgraduate offerings and exchange opportunities.
They will also introduce the Legal Mobilization Platform, a newly established platform which aims to support academic research and practice-based reflcections regarding the legal obligations of states and private actors to tackle societal challenges.
