The Dutch Association of Universities (VSNU) and Oxford University Press (OUP) have reached agreement on a new three year deal covering 100% open access to Dutch contributions in OUP journals in 2019 and 2020.
In addition, the agreement covers subscription access to OUP journals.
The agreement will take effect immediately and also includes the subscription access which OUP continued to offer to Dutch universities during 2017.
